Luo Shugang named as culture minister
Luo Shugang has been appointed the minister of culture, China's top legislature announced on Sunday. Luo, 59, is a native of Hebei province and was deputy head of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee. Luo is a member of the Central Committee.
