Former Party chief turns himself in

Wang Guoqiang, former Party chief of Fengcheng city, returned to China from the United States on Monday and surrendered to disciplinary authorities. Wang's is a key case as watchdogs seek to repatriate suspects and return stolen assets to the State. Wang fled in 2012 and returned following the joint efforts of various central departments and local authorities. The United States also provided support to the Chinese authorities, according to the Central Discipline Inspection Commission.
