38.9 PERCENT of young Chinese with disabilities spend most of their leisure time "being alone with nothing to do", a report said, suggesting a lack of entertainment options among China's disabled population. The report, based on a survey of 4,536 people with disabilities between the ages of 7 and 35 in six provinces, was issued by China Youth and Children Research Center.
