Customs officials in Huangpu district in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, have broken up two smuggling rings that dealt in magnesia, valued at 500 million yuan ($80.7 million), in Huangpu and Dalian of Liaoning province. They cooperated with their counterparts in Tianjin and Dalian, chinanews.com reported on Monday. Five suspects were seized.
