Sale for blind kids
China World Mall hosted the 2014 "Power of Voice" Charity Night last month. For the second year, the landmark luxury mall worked with Orbis, an international blindness-prevention charity, to organize a charity sale of paintings by visually impaired children. A total of 200,000 yuan ($32,560) was donated during the charity event. Chinese actress Hai Qing was the ambassador at the event and shared her experience of having dinner in a darkened room with the children.
