German companies appear to be the biggest beneficiaries of the government plan to deepen reforms in China's vocational education system to generate the right talent for the right job.
They are considered as miles ahead of other global peers in vocational education training and have successfully imparted the knowledge gained through the last 100 years in China.
Voith GmbH is perhaps one of the best examples of German success in China. It set up a training center in East China's Kunshan city, Jiangsu province in April this year, to not only serve customers better but also to impart its well-established dual vocational education system in China. In Germany alone, Voith takes in about 200 young people every year.
