Text messages result in return of lost phone

A man in Wangcang county returned a cellphone he found after being persuaded to do so by police, Western China Metropolis Daily reported on Thursday. The owner lost the phone on Dec 6 and reported it to police. The police sent several text messages asking the person who picked up the phone to return it. Later, the man handed the phone in at a police station.
