Foreign firms perform well

The Best Foreign-funded Enterprises' CSR Practice Index 2014 has been released in Beijing, with the overall index coming in at 83.6, equivalent to "very well", Xinhua.com reported. The China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment hosted an event for the release of the index. Shi Guangsheng, honorary president of the association, said China is drawing up more CSR-friendly policies to help more companies carry out CSR-related activities.
