Massive Johannesburg development by Zendai

A once-adventurous idea is now a serious venture with Shanghai Zendai's massive urban development in Johannesburg on the horizon.
The Chinese property developer and operator has finished properties including famous projects like Thumb Plaza City Complex, Himalaya Centre City Complex, and Mandarin House Luxurious Villa. Com bined total property value is some 30 billion yuan ($4.9 billion).
Zendai attaches great importance to global expansion, first stepping into the real estate market in New Zealand in 2012.
