Plans due for tri-region Capital Circle in north

Chinese authorities are expected to roll out plans for the integrated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province this month at the earliest. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Capital Circle will have four functional zones. The western and northern part will be designed as an environmental protection and industrial development zone. The central part will be the economic optimization and adjustment zone. The southern part will be a zone for manufacturing and farming, while the eastern part will focus on development of port-centered industries.
