Panels blown off side of building kill man

A man died and a woman was injured when they were struck by external wall panels that fell from a building in Chaoyang district on Sunday, Beijing Times reported. Staff at the building said 30 square meters of panels were blown free by strong winds. The injured woman was taken to a hospital, where she was later said to be in stable condition. The accident is under investigation.
