Farmers awarded with senior technical titles
The first 84 farmers accredited with senior technical titles have been recognized by provincial authorities, People's Daily reported on Tuesday. The farmers' certificates are awarded every year at junior, intermediate and senior level. The farmers receive practical training, and this year the province will train 15,000 of them, aiming to increase the figure to 200,000 in 2020.
