3 barred from flight get compensation

Three people in Shenyang got a total of 87,000 yuan ($14,202) in compensation from an airline that refused to let them board a flight, Southern Metropolis Daily reported on Friday. The three, two of whom have AIDS, sued the airline in August after being barred from a flight in July. On Wednesday, the court, in Shenyang, ordered the airline to compensate the AIDS patients 36,000 yuan each and the third person 15,000 yuan.
