Survey ranks Guangzhou as the top motor city in the Pearl River Delta, Li Fusheng reports.
Guangzhou still has the potential to be the most important auto market in the Pearl River Delta region despite being outnumbered in sales by other cities in the region, a local survey found.
According to a survey by Southern Metropolis Daily of 31 Chinese and international automakers, Guangzhou was ranked No 1 for potential in the region over the long run by 35 percent of the respondents.
