Wladimir Klitschko knocked out previously unbeaten Kubrat Pulev in the fifth round to retain his four heavyweight belts in Hamburg on Saturday night.
Klitschko sent the Bulgarian challenger flying back with a huge left hook to his jaw, leaving him sprawled on the canvas and giving referee Tony Weeks no option but to count him out.
Klitschko, taller and with a longer reach, dominated from the start and had the IBF's mandatory challenger down twice in the opening round.
