New products brew success for famous brand

Tsingtao Brewery, maker of the 111-year-old beer brand that is synonymous with east China's Qingdao city, is looking to innovation to fuel a second century of success.

"Traditional enterprises have to keep one eye on incremental innovation and the other on disruptive innovation," said Sun Mingbo, chairman of Tsingtao Brewery.

"To win over the future, you have to jump out of the box and let your products, technology and business model evolve."
