Reader acquires a taste for rabbit head

My name is Alex Robles, I am a Spanish citizen who travels quite frequently to China. I read an article in the China Daily, about a restaurant in Beijing whose speciality was the rabbit head. I found it interesting, and I kept the article with me. I would like to ask you if you have any contact person in the above-mentioned restaurant, because I plan a trip with a group of persons in mid-November, and I would like to bring them there, and show them something really authentic.
