49ers regrouping after loss to Rams

Halfway through the regular season, the San Francisco 49ers know there is a sense of urgency in getting things turned around.

"You could point fingers at anybody," 49ers safety Eric Reid said on Tuesday. "But that's not what we're going to do. We're going to keep our focus on making the playoffs. We have to keep being persistent."

Sunday's 13-10 home loss to the St. Louis Rams means the 49ers (4-4) have little margin for error in the race for a playoff spot.
