Colorful leaves aren't the only things putting on a show as brisk gusts announce autumn is blowing into Beijing.

Beneath the multihued treetops, womenswear is also changing, as fall fashion takes the capital by storm - and with style. Cute hats, knee boots, scarves and tippets are keeping young women warm - and many hope also making them look hot.

Some remain reluctant to cover their legs despite the cold, as the mercury has hardly crept higher than 15 C in recent days.
