Service apartments set for success

Yopark's newest Shanghai properties attract expats, Shi Jing reports.

Calligraphy artists and painters created works and piles of books were given out at the Yopark Taili Service Apartment opening ceremony on Tuesday. Organizers said the event's cultural ambience reflected the character of the apartments.

The Yopark Taili project, which is on Yuyao Road, the center of Shanghai's Jingan district, was co-developed by the Yopark Group and Shanghai Center River Asset Management Group Co Ltd. It is the only boutique service apartment within a three-kilometer range.
