Beijing-Prague ties to bloom, bear fruit

Agreements include project for TV show with iconic national animals

Krtek, a popular Czech animated mole, will now have a panda as a good friend in its new episodes, according to one of seven cooperation agreements signed in Beijing on Monday.

China International Television Corporation and the Czech Little Mole Cartoon company will make new stories of the red-nosed mole known by all Czech children.
