Q: How did you feel about being chosen to head a university?
A: It is tiring but gratifying. My working week includes many weekends. I am learning every day from my colleagues, aiming to gain as much experience as possible from working in a university. Before heading Tibet University, I carried out research and administrative work at the Tibet Academy of Governance. University administration is still new to me.
What is the biggest change you want to make at Tibet University?
