IT takes top spot as biggest recruiter

The IT industry in China has emerged as the main driving force for job opportunities amid gloomy economic growth in the third quarter, the latest report by human resources website Zhaopin.com showed.
The report, released in October, said demand for talent in the IT and Internet sector rose steadily from the beginning of 2014, finally topping all other industries in the third quarter with a 40 percent increase in demand from the previous quarter.
Chinese companies' enthusiasm for recruiting talent has not been stemmed by the economic downturn in the third quarter.
