'Blue cooperation conference'

The 2014 China Ocean Economic International Talent and Industry Academy Research Cooperation Conference, or Blue Cooperation Conference in short, will be held on Saturday and Sunday in the Qingdao Westcoast New Area.

With the theme of "recruiting global intelligence to boost the blue economy," the conference is hosted by the Qingdao city government and held by several subordinate bureaus.

More than 100 experts of the national "One Thousand Talent Plan for Foreign Experts", 120 high-level overseas talents, and over 40 colleges and institutes as well as some 20 agencies will join the conference.
