Suicide bombs kill dozens
Yemeni officials say two suicide bombings - one in Sanaa, the other in the country's south - killed at least 67 people. Russia
Missile warning system planned
Russia will create a space-based ballistic missile warning system capable of detecting launches of intercontinental and tactical missiles, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said on Thursday. Creation of the unified space system is a key aspect in Russia's development of nuclear containment capacity, especially its nuclear deterrent forces, Shoigu told a teleconference with senior ministry officials. The system will be able to detect launches of various types of missiles, including those launched from underwater positions.
