Cockroach found in hot chocolate drink

A customer found a dead cockroach in a hot chocolate from a McDonald's in Chengdu on Oct 5, Huaxi Metropolis News reported. A staff member denied that the cockroach was in the drink while it was being made and said the insect could have gone into the drink when the customer removed the lid. The city's food administration department has launched an investigation.
