More than 25 percent now reap benefits from overseas exchange

When numbers of elite Chinese students lined up in front of the US embassy in Beijing a decade ago to apply for visas, only to be rejected over and over again, it might have seemed a fairytale for them to believe that nowadays, about one-fourth of enrolled students in a department of a university are able to study abroad during their time at college.
