Errant bus driver pleads with officer over fine
A bus driver who violated the traffic regulations knelt in front of a policeman after he was given a fine in Changsha on Tuesday, Sanxiang City Express reported. The driver was fined 100 yuan ($16) for driving his bus in the wrong lane but wanted the decision retracted.
