With its good environment for living and business, Weihai, a medium-sized port city of 2.8 million people, has become a popular destination for foreigners.

Local statistics show more than 30,000 expats, mostly from South Korea, are now living in the city.

Weihai had 314 days with blue sky - visibility of more than 10 kilometers - last year, the best air quality among 17 cities in the province, according to Shandong Bureau of Meteorology.
