Long-time support, big benefits of CIFIT

The American Chamber of Commerce in South China formally opened its newest service center, located in Xiamen, in late May. The ceremony included officials from the US Consulate in Guangzhou and leaders of the central, Fujian and Xiamen governments.

Officials from foreign consulates in Xiamen and AmCham members as well as local chambers and their members also attended.

The new office in the Xiamen city center adjacent to the city government is the fourth by the trade group. A similar facility opened in Shenzhen nine years ago and another opened in Shunde last year.
