10 years of fizzy drinks trigger medical woes

A man in Jinhua, Zhejiang province, developed stones in a kidney and his urinary tract after drinking carbonated drinks rather than water for more than 10 years, Qianjiang Evening News reported on Thursday. Surnamed Hu, the man, 29, became worried on Wednesday after receiving a medical report that said there was blood in his urine. Doctors told him there was a large number of small stones in his kidney and urinary tract because he drank too many carbonated drinks.
