Mapping out the development blueprint

We got together in China, 13 years since the last SME Ministerial Meeting in Shanghai, to discuss SME innovative development in the Asia-Pacific region.

We plan to follow the spirit of a partnership featuring opening up, inclusiveness, cooperation and win-win results and jointly plan future cooperation in SME innovation. This will help the Asia-Pacific region continue to be an engine of the world's economic development.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the APEC, which has made outstanding contributions to trade and investment development and economic prosperity in the Asia-Pacific region.
