Passer-by is killed by falling chopping board
A passer-by was killed when a cutting board that had been left out to dry on a 13th floor balcony fell and struck him, New Express Daily reported on Tuesday. The owner of the 7.8-kg board, surnamed Zhou, from Shenzhen, was arrested on suspicion of negligent homicide.
