Test-free driver's license fraud suspect arrested
Authorities said 42 people paid a total of 220,000 yuan ($35,800) to a man, surnamed Li, who claimed he was authorized to issue driver's licenses without testing, hsw.cn reported on Monday. Li was reported to the police and was arrested. He faces charges of fraud and forgery of an official seal.
