New artistic head at Hermes

Hermes has announced that French designer Nadege Vanhee-Cybulski (pictured above) will be the new artistic director of its women's ready-to-wear collections. The 36-year-old has a degree from Belgium's Academie Royale des Beaux-Arts d'Anvers. She previously worked for The Row, Celine and Maison Martin Margiela. Vanhee-Cybulski will present her first collection for Hermes in March. According to Style.com, Christophe Lemaire, Vanhee-Cybulski's predecessor, will present his last collection for Hermes in October. The designer is leaving Hermes to focus on his namesake label.
