Bian Jianqiang, China's ambassador to Guinea, said in an interview with Xinhua News Agency that Beijing stands ready to do the best within its capacity to help the West African country fight its ongoing Ebola outbreak. China was the first country to provide emergency humanitarian aid for Guinea after the outbreak, with the Red Cross of China offering $50,000 of aid in April. Later, China offered medical supplies worth $163,000.
