7,000 soldiers
More than 7,000 troops from Shanghai Cooperation Organization will participate in a Peace Mission 2014 drill in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region from Aug 24 to 29. Kazakh, Kyrgyz and Tajik troops have already entered China for the anti-terror drill and are heading for the exercise site.
