Hainan ex-deputy governor probed
The former deputy governor of Hainan province, Ji Wenlin, is under investigation for allegedly taking bribes, the Supreme People's Procuratorate said on Friday. The news came after the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection announced on July 2 that Ji had been expelled from the Party for serious discipline and law violations.
