What legitimizes the presence of the EAC on the Chinese territory?

France is known for its excellence in arts and luxury and the population of Chinese students is the second largest in France. It was thus justified for the EAC Group to develop cooperation programs on the Chinese territory. Since 1985 the EAC Group, with its two campuses located in Paris and Lyon, is the most important French higher education group specialized in arts, culture and luxury providing State-certified diplomas.
