Seventy-seven years ago today, the Japanese imperial army started shelling Wanping (now part of Beijing), forcing China into an all-round war. The Chinese resistance made it the first battlefield in the world war against fascism. China doesn't like to make trouble for other nations, but has the courage to face any challenge. It is committed to safeguarding the victory of World War II and the post-War order, including its own security and regional peace and stability.
