20 MILLION YUAN
Zhejiang Huidelong Dyeing Chemical, a chemical company in Zhejiang province, has been fined 20 million yuan ($3.2 million) for illegally discharging wastewater and polluting the environment, local authorities said on Tuesday. The fine is the largest handed down for pollution in the province.
