Pioneering event success for Hubei

The 2014 Conference on Overseas Chinese Pioneering and Developing in China commenced in Wuhan, Hubei province, on Monday.

Running from Monday to Wednesday, this year's conference features an overseas entrepreneur competition and a training program for entrepreneurs for the first time.

The annual event has become an important platform for attracting foreign investment and helping overseas Chinese realize their Chinese business dreams in the motherland, said an official of the conference committee.
