China expresses condolences to victims

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying expressed condolences on Monday to victims of the violent attack at Jinnah International Airport in Pakistan's southern port city of Karachi.
She told the ministry's regular news briefing that China is shocked by the attack.
China strongly condemns the attack and conveys sympathy to the victims' families as well as those injured, she said, adding that China hopes the injured will recover soon.
China supports Pakistan's anti-terror strategy, Hua added.
