Seven detained fordemolishing bridge

Two senior managers from a real estate company have been detained for demolishing an ancient bridge in Longchuan county, Southern Metropolis Daily reported on Monday. The ancient bridge, built in the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), was torn down early in the morning of May 1. Five other people, including the labor contractor and excavator operator, were also detained.
