New car damaged, owner seeks payment
A Mercedes Benz owner recently sued his community's real estate developer and property service company for compensation after his car was damaged by an object that fell from a building, the Beijing Times reported on Monday. The man, surnamed Wang, was driving his newly purchased car in April when the object struck the car and damaged its roof. Repairs reportedly cost Wang about 830,000 yuan ($133,000).
