Turnover at the International Cultural Industries Fair that ended in Shenzhen on Monday hit 232 billion yuan ($37.2 billion), up 40 percent from the previous year. Exports reached 16.1 billion yuan, 7 percent of the total, up 30 percent year-on-year. Over 5 million people, including 162,000 foreign professionals and nearly 17,700 buyers from 95 countries, attended the fair, the largest cultural expo in the country.
