Hu Bin was severely criticized by the public and served three years in prison for causing the death of a pedestrian while speeding in 2009. But Hu has not changed one bit. In fact, media reports on the latest accident involving him say that he has violated traffic rules several times after being released from prison. The reports also say that his car overturned because he was speeding.
