Rewards offered for reporting trash dumping
Residents can get a reward of 200 yuan ($32) to 1,000 yuan for reporting cases of dumping trash starting this month, Jinghua Times reported on Tuesday. The city's urban management authority launched a hotline, 12319, to receive the reports of dumping trash and burning leaves, which is harmful to the environment.
