By Wang Xin | China Daily | Updated: 2014-04-30 07:37

Enforcement remains the most concerning intellectual property issue in China, according to a nationwide survey released in Beijing last Friday.

The annual Social Satisfaction towards IP Protection report found people were most dissatisfied with the severity of infringements, delay and inconvenience in accessing help and inadequate damage compensation.

Enforcement resources, professionalism and continuity, as well as prolonged litigation periods and irrational compensation, were the biggest factors of dissatisfaction.
