Li stresses common interest in ties with US

As US President Barack Obama visits Japan, a US House delegation is in China focusing on future opportunities and to fully realize what Premier Li Keqiang called the "huge potential" the relationship offers both Washington and Beijing.

US House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, who met with Li on Thursday, is leading nine lawmakers on the key trip.

While hosting the congressional delegation, Li said that the development and prosperity of both countries will result in greater benefits for both.
